When your order shipped we sent you an email with tracking information for your order. We recommend checking this tracking date (you can also find tracking information on your My Account Page).
Contacting your shipping carrier directly is the fastest way to find out where your package is, arrange for delivery and get information on your anticipated delivery date.
Is your package marked as delivered but you haven't received it?
Here are the best steps to follow:
- Contact your local delivery facility (ie USPS Post Master, UPS Delivery hub etc) and inquire as to the location of your package and open a claim for the lost package. Be sure to keep notes on who you talked to and when.
- Talk to any neighbors to ensure the package wasn't delivered by the carrier on accident.
- If you purchased our $2 Delivery/Shipping Insurance CLICK HERE to notify us and file a claim. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The name and phone number of the person you talked to in step 1
